James Siler is a Sunrise Country Club resident in Rancho Mirage, CA.  James has been a sound engineer for more than 30 years, working on projects that required high levels of security, including working with the last two US Presidents and the current Chancellor of Germany.  He has owned 6 properties and worked as a handyman while building his own business.
